I swear that computers hate me today… My desktop won’t stay powered on long enough for me to do anything, so don’t expect to see me online much until I figure this out…  I’m snitching joe’s laptop and now it doesn’t want to load any audio for the plugins…  earlier I couldn’t get payroll to print for my agents and then I couldn’t get one login to work at all, so I had to score a test by hand.  I’m just having a bad day and I want to hide somewhere for a bit.  If one more thing breaks… I think I’ll just drop off the face of the earth for a few days.  GRRRRRR!!!

I found a few new projects- Green Gable from Zephyr Style and the Lotus Blossom Tank from Knitting Daily. I’ve only cast on for the Lotus blossom but here are progress pictures of Green Gable! I’ve finished the sleeves and in about four more rows, I’ll start the decreases. This is using Berocco Softwist from where else- Mosaic!

I started a training class of new agents at work- probably the biggest class in a while- seven agents!  Looks like it’s going to be fun.  I did go to the Hokie Healing sew-together on Saturday, which was wonderfully fun.   Several news crews were there, and various people have said I was on the Fox 21/27 news on Saturday night.  I don’t even remember there being a camera near me, but who knows!!  There was an article in the Sunday Richmond Times-Dispatch, which you can read at http://www.inrich.com/cva/ric/news/sunday.apx.-content-articles-RTD-2007-06-17-0230.html

Martha had a baby girl, Abigail Leigh at 3am on Saturday morning, June 2.  She was 7 lbs 2 oz and 19″ long.  More pictures are here

That’s the only way to describe how I feel today. For one, I feel better… so that’s a good start. Still sore, but definately better. Then I talked to Martha and it looks like the baby may be born this weekend!! Yay! I’m gonna be there to watch my little man, Benjamin, and keep an eye on her and help the sanity level a bit. (The picture is of Benjamin at the baby shower)

I can’t wait!! They haven’t announced the name, so I won’t know until the baby is born… which is fun. I’ll probably make sure to have the camera, at least for a few pictures!
